During the lead up to our chefs tasting dinners on Saturday nights, we choose 6 dishes to showcase on Thursday and Friday nights. You'll be treated to snacks on arrival, followed by your choice of 3 dishes from our beginning, middle and end menu.

Over the past few years, we have been exploring our surrounds and researching what is edible, beautiful, inspiring and different. Developing relationships with local suppliers to gain knowledge of availability and appreciation in quality.
Most of our plates are hand-made in the Barossa, meats are all sourced locally, garnishes hand-picked within walking distance of the restaurant and we have an ever-changing menu to support seasonal availability.
We believe that we are now at a point where knowledge, appreciation of our surrounds, passion and care will help us provide you with a dining experience different to anywhere else in the world.
The menu doesn't get finalised until minutes before service and most dishes will only feature that night.
The tasting menu will range from 6-10 courses depending on the season and weather. Let our chef's take you on a journey.
